We hope you are delighted with your order, but if for any reason you are not, we have outlined below a summary of your rights in the event that you wish to cancel or return a product.
Place a return request only after the order is delivered.
Cancellations Before Shipping
As a consumer, if you have made an order online, you may cancel your order by writing to us at info@kasshifoods.co.uk. You may obtain a refund within 14 working days from delivery.

Returns will incur a postal charge of £3.99, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
Returns to Our Retailers If you made your purchase through a partnered retail location then any return will need to be made in accordance with the returns/cancellation policy of the relevant retailer and should not be returned directly to us.
Similarly, if you purchased products on our website you must return them in accordance with the procedure outlined here and not directly to a partnered retail location.
All online returns can be made using the returns service as indicated above. This includes any faulty or damaged goods.
If you wish to use an alternative returns method to the returns service provided, this may incur an additional charge, which will be at your own expense and not applicable for reimbursement. If a return is sent to the delivery partner without contacting our CRM, it will not be considered valid.

Refunds
Please allow 14 working days from the date your order is returned for your refund to be processed. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used to place the order.

If you require a refund, we will refund the price paid by you for the goods (excluding the initial standard delivery charge, but not the additional cost of any premium delivery option chosen) within 14 working days of delivery to you or your notifying us of cancellation.
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
We will not provide a refund if the goods show signs of unreasonable use. In such circumstances,Your right to return goods may not apply to goods:

Which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly or
Where sealed goods have been supplied which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery.

Your Rights if There is a Problem with a Product In addition to the rights described above (and in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015), if the goods you receive are damaged or faulty, or not what you originally ordered, please notify us as soon as possible to ensure prompt resolution.
