Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday until 2 P.M., excluding bank holidays).
We take every reasonable care to deliver to the address provided. However, we are not liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery due to incorrect data entry.
All purchases are subject to bank authorization before processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and dispatched.
Your order will be delivered by a courier service. Some orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not available to receive your order, our delivery company may leave a delivery card for you to arrange an alternative delivery. For secure and undamaged delivery, our courier may not leave the order ‘hidden’ at the address.
Order Status
Your order will typically be dispatched within 3-4 working days. For updates on the dispatch status, please contact us after 4 days at info@kasshifoods.co.uk.

Important Information
For security reasons and to prevent fraudulent transactions, the billing name and address must match the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet these criteria.

We may limit orders of any individual item and the number of orders per customer per day. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions of our promotions or contact us for more details.
Order Cancellations
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order may be cancelled by our system for various reasons, including:

Difficulty processing payment information
Inability to deliver to the provided address
Duplicate orders
If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email explaining the reason, and your original payment method will be refunded accordingly.

Please note that we process orders quickly, and if your order has already been dispatched, it may not be possible to cancel it. In such cases, please follow our Returns Policy after receiving your order.
